Single Wide Mobile Home in Holly Springs Destroyed by Fire

Cherokee County Fire & Emergency Services responded to a structure fire this morning, just shortly after 8 o’clock, at 4251 Holly Springs Parkway.

Cherokee County 911 received a call from a driver who saw a single wide mobile home on fire at lot number 1 at the Holly Mobile Home Park. Engine #24 arrived on scene approximately 4 minutes after the call was dispatched to find the structure fully involved. Two occupants, a male and female who lived inside the mobile home, were able to escape without injury. The home was completely destroyed and the American Red Cross was notified to assist the occupants.

No other injuries were reported and the cause of the fire in currently under investigator.
