New Rescue Truck Serving the North Canton Community

CCFES placed a new Rescue truck in service on December 5, 2022. The new Rescue 9, stationed at Station 9, will serve North Canton and surrounding areas. This rescue greatly improves the capabilities over the former apparatus. New Rescue 9 is a 2021 Ram 5500 Crew Cab truck front with an extreme duty rescue body mounted on the chassis. This new rescue holds more than twice the amount of equipment and firefighters than its predecessor. This apparatus will be able to respond to a higher variety of call types due to the addition of compartments and the equipment it is now able to carry.
