Cherokee County Fire & Emergency Services (CCFES) promoted ten firefighters on Tuesday night at the Cherokee County Fire Training Complex in Holly Springs.
Fire Apparatus Operators Joseph Crawford, William (Eric) Miller, Deombre Jones, Marcus Hanie, Matthew Bennett, Wesley Daniel, David Webb, and Brent Connell were promoted to Sergeant. Sergeant Michael Morgan was promoted to Lieutenant. Battalion Chief Daniel Carder was promoted to the rank of Division Chief. Chief Carder serves as the Training Chief for CCFES.
This evening these members were surrounded by family, friends, and fellow firefighters as they were recognized and celebrated for their accomplishments.
