Current Openings and Competitive Salary Range

We are excited to announce that we are currently accepting applications for new team members. Here’s a look at the salary and benefits available:

  • Firefighter Entry Level: $49,566.00 (Salary during recruit training)
  • Firefighter AEMT: $53,644.00 (Salary after recruit training)
  • Firefighter Paramedic: $58,610.00 (Salary for paramedics during and after recruit training)

Additional Benefits

  • Differential Pay:

    • $100 additional per ambulance shift worked
    • 1.5x hourly rate for holiday shifts worked
  • Degree Incentives:

    • Associate Degree: $1,000 added to annual salary
    • Bachelor’s Degree: $2,000 added to annual salary
    • Master’s Degree: $3,000 added to annual salary
  • Bilingual Incentive:

    • $1,000 added to annual salary for bilingual skills, including ASL
