Cherokee County Fire & Emergency Services Celebrates Promotions of Two Firefighters

Cherokee County Fire & Emergency Services (CCFES) is excited to announce the promotion of two dedicated firefighters. The formal promotion ceremony took place on Thursday evening at the Cherokee County Fire Training Complex in Holly Springs.

Fire Apparatus Operators Cody Doyle and Kevin Bates were promoted to the rank of Sergeant. They officially began their new responsibilities earlier this summer.

Fire Chief Eddie Robinson expressed his sincere appreciation to the families and friends present, acknowledging their unwavering support and sacrifices. He also paid tribute to the public safety retirees and veterans in attendance, recognizing their significant contributions to both the department and our country.

CCFES extends heartfelt congratulations to Sergeant Doyle and Sergeant Bates on their well-earned promotions. We have complete confidence in their capabilities and wish them continued success in their new roles.
