Cherokee County Fire & Emergency Services (CCFES) proudly announces the promotion of two firefighters, recognizing their hard work and commitment to public safety. The promotion ceremony took place on Tuesday evening, September 24th, at the Cherokee County Fire Training Complex in Holly Springs.
Sergeant Brandon Barton was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and Lieutenant Jordan Allred was promoted to Captain.
Fire Chief Eddie Robinson expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the families and friends present, acknowledging their support and sacrifices that enable these firefighters to serve the residents and visitors of Cherokee County. Chief Robinson also paid tribute to public safety retirees and veterans in attendance, recognizing their significant contributions to both the department and the nation.
“Today, we celebrate not only the accomplishments of these individuals but also the support systems that have helped them reach this milestone,” said Chief Robinson. “Their promotions are a testament to their commitment to our community and the values we uphold at CCFES.”
