Sergeant Stephen Ballow completed his final shift at Station 4 in Free Home Tuesday, marking the end of a distinguished 23-year career. A retirement breakfast was held at the station to honor his nearly two and a half decades of service.
Fire Chief Eddie Robinson presented Sergeant Ballow with a helmet plaque, a recognition that acknowledges his leadership and commitment.
