Cherokee County Fire & Emergency Services (CCFES) proudly announces the retirement of Fire Apparatus Operator (FAO) Stuart Fleming, marking the end of an extraordinary 19-year career dedicated to serving the citizens of Cherokee County.
FAO Fleming was honored on Saturday morning during a special breakfast at Fire Station 12. The event brought together family, friends, and fellow firefighters to celebrate his many contributions, share stories, and reflect on a distinguished career.
At the close of the ceremony, Deputy Chief Mark Orr presented FAO Fleming with a commemorative helmet plaque in recognition of his outstanding service.
The entire CCFES family extends its heartfelt gratitude to FAO Stuart Fleming for his years of commitment and dedication.
As he begins this new chapter in retirement, we wish him continued health, happiness, and success. FAO Fleming will be deeply missed, but his legacy will remain a lasting source of pride and inspiration within our department.
