Cherokee County Fire & Emergency Services (CCFES) proudly recognized the promotion of eleven dedicated members during a ceremony held Monday, October 6, at the department’s Fire Training Complex in Holly Springs, Georgia.

Surrounded by family, friends, and fellow firefighters, the newly promoted members were honored for their achievements and dedication to public service. In keeping with tradition, loved ones participated in the ceremony by pinning new badges on the promotees, symbolizing a significant milestone in each firefighter’s career.
 
The following personnel received promotions:
 
To Captain:

To Sergeant:
  • Tyler Davidson
  • Jonathan Escobar Rivera
  • Jacob Murphy
  • Korey Satterfield
  • Chase Scoggins
  • David Seay
To Paramedic Program Director:
  • Kristina Wigington
To Paramedic Program Deputy Director:
Fire Chief Eddie Robinson commended the promotees during the ceremony, stating, “These promotions reflect not only the hard work and leadership of each individual, but also the strength and growth of our department as a whole. We are proud of their accomplishments and look forward to the continued impact they will have in serving the citizens of Cherokee County.”
