Surrounded by family, friends, and fellow firefighters, Battalion Chief Ricky Collett was honored today at a special retirement ceremony held at the Cherokee County Fire Training Complex. After 36 years of dedicated service, leadership, and mentorship, Chief Collett retires from Cherokee County Fire & Emergency Services, leaving behind a lasting legacy within the department and the community he faithfully served.
