Inspections (New) - 100%

During the 100% Construction Inspection, also referred to as the Final Inspection, all work should be completed and must comply with the approved plan. Approved plans must be on-site at all times during the construction process.

Checklist Items for This Phase:

• Address readily visible from the street
• Electrical panel labeled
• Emergency lights operational
• Exit signs in place and operational
• Exits clear and accessible
• Fire extinguishers tagged and mounted
• Lockbox installed and proper keys provided
• Door hardware of correct type and operational
• Cover plates on all outlets and switches
• Fire lane signage and striping in place as required
• FDC signage in place
• Acceptance testing of fire protection systems if so equipped:
• Sprinkler System
• Fire Alarm System
• Kitchen Hood and Suppression System
• Paint Booth

All building and fire prevention permit inspections are scheduled through the CityView portal.
