Inspections (New) - 80%

The focus of the 80% Construction Inspection is ceiling cover-up and drop ceilings. All completed work must comply with the approved plan. Approved plans must be on-site at all times during the construction process.

Checklist Items for This Phase:

• All wall penetrations should be filled
• The ceiling grid should be in place
• All electrical boxes should be closed
• Floor/ceiling penetrations should be filled
• Light fixtures should be tied at corners
• Required dampers/duct detectors should be installed
• Sprinkler head placement and spacing should match sprinkler plans

All building and fire prevention permit inspections are scheduled through the CityView portal.
